Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for X3 Experienced Senior Quantity surveyors to join a company that work on a range of products and service solutions to enhance our customers’ defence capabilities and critical assets. on a full Regeneration Project on a multi-million-pound facility.
Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working with the current commercial manager and assisting on all current NEC3/4 Contracts currently within the project.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Working on the current contract for building installations and M&E works
- Hybrid Working (on site and home)
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- NEC 3/4 contract experience
- Cradle to grave approach on contracts
- Claims & Dispute Experience
- SC clearance
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- £450 - £475 day rate Inside IR35
