Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor and work on an exciting new station build in the northwest.
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in rail sector. Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for looking after the final contracts also managing and going to client meetings.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Managing final accounts
- going to client meetings
- Maintaining and building good relationships with subcontractors.
- Helping develop commercial staff underneath yourself.
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Working with a tier 1 company.
- A good understanding of CVR processes.
- M&E experience
- Desired not essential experience with stations
- Vast experience within the rail industry.
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- 450 inside IR35 DOE
- Working on a project for a minimum of 6 months with a view of extending
- Working for a tier 1 company
- Flexible working
