Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor and work on the A417 in Gloucestershire.
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the residential development sector. Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for manging the financial aspects of the earthworks on this project.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team. Help ensure that business targets and KPI's are exceeded
- Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
- Production of commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
- Physical measurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractors
- Agreement of certification and payment of subcontractor accounts - monitoring of such accounts against forecasts
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- 8+ years experience in Highways Earthworks
- Experience in Change Control
- Experience working on NEC Contracts
- Relevant Degree
- CSCS Preferred
- Full Driving Licence
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- £450-£480/day
