Senior Site Engineer required to join a reputable contractor on a residential development in South Dublin, this project, set to span approximately 36 months, presents a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a reputable company on a significant and impactful development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide setting out engineers on-site.
  • Check dimensions for shuttering, steel, and other components before concrete pours, maintaining material reconciliation records.
  • Review construction plans and drawings to confirm accuracy in calculations.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Manage quality control and strictly enforce health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Site Engineer for a Main Contractor.
  • Strong proficiency in setting out equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser levels.
  • Knowledge of coordinating temporary works.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
