Experienced Site Administrator for a leading contractor in a Longford-based position. You will be Site Based on a New Commercial Project. This is a permanent position within the company.
Key responsibilities for this Site Administrator role:
- Acting as general admin support to the Project/Contracts Manager
- Using the electronic document management system to control important documents (drawings, drawing register, billing of materials etc.)
- Proactive management of the facilities helpdesk, ensuring prompt logging and completion of all requests.
- Maintain strong Health & Safety standards
- Build and maintain relationships with clients ensuring we deliver projects to exact customer requirements
Experience required for this Site Administrator role:
- Previous Site Admin experience is required.
- 1 years minimum experience Construction Admin role
- Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong team building skills
- Experience with experience with Pro Arc, Fusion or COIN’s preferred but not essential
Salary for this Site Administrator role is between €37,500 - €40,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
