This is a great opportunity for an experienced Freelance Site Manager working with an established civil engineering company .
Our client is looking for a Freelance Site Manager to ensure the effective management and delivery of the project, ensuring programme requirements are met whilst working in line with both company and divisional objectives and achieving the client and customer aspirations and expectations.
The person:
The Freelance Site Manager must come from a strong groundworks background and be willing to work on site 5 days a week with the team. The site is residential doing the civil works (roads & sewage etc.)

- Reporting to the Project Manager
Management of site personnel
Experience required for this Freelance Site Manager role:
- CSCS Card
SMSTS
Knowledge and experience of groundworks
Strong attention to detail.
Commercial and Contractual awareness.
Liaise in a professional manner with Client, Client Representatives, General Public
