Superintendent

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-rise construction projects in the Dallas area. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily field operations, ensuring project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, construction expertise, and the ability to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-rise projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, including project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure quality control and address any issues or changes that arise during construction.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in high-rise construction as a Superintendent or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- OSHA certification preferred.
