Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage healthcare construction projects from start to finish. The Superintendent will be responsible for field operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare-specific construction requirements, and the ability to manage the complexities of hospital or healthcare facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily field operations and manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
-Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and healthcare-specific regulations, including infection control, safety, and cleanliness standards.
-Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
-Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying and resolving issues that may cause delays.
-Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with healthcare facility guidelines and local building codes.
-Maintain strong communication and collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
-Implement safety programs and enforce OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
-Lead project meetings with staff, subcontractors, and clients to track progress and address any concerns.
-Manage the project closeout process, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to the client.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Superintendent managing healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, medical offices, and clinics.
-Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific construction codes and regulations (e.g., infection control, Joint Commission standards).
-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
-Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety protocols.

Education & Experience:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
