The Technical Coordinator Role:
A well-established, reputable and respected house builder are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join the team due to an influx of new projects.
As a Technical Coordinator you will be expected to carry out technical responsibilities for coordination of construction details, compliance and to enable a successful start on site.
You will manage the design information of the project and all stakeholders involved and be the lead for all the allocated site's technical function, from start of the site process to site completion.
The successful candidate will typically oversee 3-4 projects at all stages from concept to completion. Candidates with an Architectural or Engineering background within house building are preferred.
To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:
- Worked as a Technical Coordinator (or equivalent) and worked on house building projects
- Knowledge of CDM regulations
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject.
