The Technical Manager Role:
A well established housing developer experiencing year on year growth are looking to appoint an ambitious Technical Manager to work on high quality housing projects with typically consisting of between 50-200 units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites from Pre-Development stage until completion with very minimal supervision.
Experience working in a similar position for a housing developer is essential to be considered for this position and you will ideally have a strong Architectural, Engineering or Planning background within house building.
The role will be a mixture of site and office based work and you will be expected to travel to sites in and around the West Midlands area.

To be considered for the Technical Manager position:
- Minimum 2 years experience working within the housing sector
- Architectural, engineering or planning background
- Ability to be proactive, plan, organise and manage all aspects of housing projects.
