Track CRE

We have a current opportunity for a Track CRE on a contract basis. This will be a hybrid position based out of my clients York offices.
The project is for Track design, specifically - Renewals/Enhancements/S&C.
We would be looking for a fully signed off Track CRE to be part of this project, on a long term contract basis.

Essential for Track CRE role -
1. Minimum 5 years in a CRE Design position
2. Track 'expert' - a Track background, specific to Track design - Renewals/Enhancements/S&C
3. Tier 1/PC experience
4. Client facing experience
5. Professionalism and ability to work alongside the client
6. Able to attend and chair client meetings

This is freelance position, and we will be looking to get a Track CRE started within 2 months (noticed to be taken into consideration)
Interviews to be help via Team with the client
Initial 12 month contract
Inside IR35 - Rate TBC DOE (£500+ Per day dependent on experience)
