Navartis Opens New Office in London

Trusted infrastructure recruitment business Navartis, has officially opened an office overlooking the Thames on South Bank, London. With 16 years successfully providing skilled senior contractors and permanent employees to infrastructure organisations across the UK, Navartis has recently expanded with offices in Sydney, Toronto and more recently in London. The business which focuses on recruiting within civils, power, rail and telecoms is delighted to have industry expert Karl O’Callaghan on board to manage the new London operation initially focusing on the construction arena.  Karl has 20+ years’ experience of recruiting specifically within this sector and has previously supported leading development organisations by providing skilled employees to work on high profile projects such as The Shard, Wembley Stadium, Imperial Wharf and The Gherkin to name a few.In line with the Navartis service offering, our London business will be focusing on senior level white collar appointments in freelance, temporary and permanent capacities. Initially, the key headline areas for Karl will be Production, Commercial, Design and Health & Safety within the construction space.Jim Sloan, Navartis CEO says;“Navartis is on a huge growth trajectory. Due to our commitment to clients with providing highly skilled and talented staff, both cost-effectively and efficiently, coupled with our long-standing supportive relationships with our candidates, we’ve been able to grow at an increasing rate over the past 16 years. We’re in a fortunate position whereby our service sectors have been affected less drastically than many others in 2020, which has made it possible for us to continue our delivery responsibly and continue with our expansion plans across the UK, Sydney, Toronto and now in London. Absolutely delighted that we managed to bring Karl with us on this journey. His credentials and proven capabilities in construction recruitment are unrivalled and we’ll give him all the support he needs to grow our London offering.”Karl O’Callaghan, London Director, says;“After many years with excellent recruitment businesses in London, I was looking for an opportunity to make my mark on a business with complete autonomy, but with full support and backing and ideally with a successful infrastructure in place so I could make an immediate impact in the market. Finding Navartis was an exciting time for me, clearly successful, rapid growth, ambitious but realistic expansion plans and a strong 16-year reputation for excellence in infrastructure recruitment, made my decision pretty easy. The company ethos, the personality, its investment into its employees and its strong commitment to both service integrity and compliance was a game changer and I am thrilled to now be in situ.”Karl’s intention is to develop a workforce of hard-working people that share the Navartis principles. We’re hiring people with immediate effect and plan to have a minimum of 10 staff by March 2023, doubling to a minimum of 20 consultants by the end of 2025.Navartis has an ambitious plan, but with the infrastructure, dedicated leadership and committed employees in place, there’s no doubt that London will thrive and mirror the successes already seen in the UK, Sydney and Toronto.
