Paul Eaton
Head of L&DI started my career at specialising in the placement of permanent senior level professionals within the UK Power Sector and enjoyed this role for over 4 years. After building a successful desk I found coaching and developing trainees was something I thoroughly enjoyed, so when the opportunity arose to step in to a full time training position I jumped at the chance. I’m now managing a small team of dedicated internal trainers and together we run our internal learning and development department.
Our Training Bay is specifically designed to take Trainees and Graduates through all the fundamentals of the role in a live environment ensuring everyone has the tools to succeed in this sales based position. If you have the drive, hunger, resilience and tenacity to work in one of our established teams, we have the support function in place to help you deliver great results. With a combination of side by side coaching, 1-2-1s, role plays and theory based training you will be in the best possible position to drive your own career and take home some un-missable bonus along the way!
