Our client is a nationally-recognized multifamily developer and builder with over a dozen active projects across the United States. With an influx of work expected in the Arizona market, they're looking to expand their project management team with experienced multifamily professionals.

Position Overview - Assistant Project Manager:
As a Multifamily Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager throughout the development lifecycle of award-winning multifamily projects. You'll assist in coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities - Assistant Project Manager:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of multifamily projects.
  • Support the Project Manager in budget tracking, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Help prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assist in resolving on-site issues.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation for compliance and reporting.


Qualifications - Assistant Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or related roles in the construction or real estate sector.
  • Basic understanding of multifamily construction processes and project management principles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar) is a plus.
