Position Overview - Assistant Project Manager:
As a Multifamily Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager throughout the development lifecycle of award-winning multifamily projects. You'll assist in coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Assistant Project Manager:
- Assist in the planning and execution of multifamily projects.
- Support the Project Manager in budget tracking, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Help prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assist in resolving on-site issues.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for compliance and reporting.
Qualifications - Assistant Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or related roles in the construction or real estate sector.
- Basic understanding of multifamily construction processes and project management principles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar) is a plus.
