Bid Writer
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer to join a well known Main Contractor working on a variety of new build construction projects
The company is a well know main contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices. This role is to be based out of the Derbyshire office. Your role as Bid Writer you will joining and leading the Bid Team, reporting into the Bid Manager.

Key responsibilities for this Bid Writer role:
• Draft Submissions
• Produce high quality written responses for tender questions, meeting all evaluation criteria
• Helping to improve the company’s conversion ratio from submission to success
• Collecting and analysing commercial and contract information to write technical responses.
• Liaise with other departments to gain information required
• Provide technical and commercial writing skills, displaying creative flair in tender submissions.
• Objectively appraise tender submissions to add and edit information as necessary in order to structure an effective response, proofreading of created material and the work of other team members
• Create full submission documents where required at time of peak workloads.

• Strong written and IT skills required
• Work to deadlines
Key requirements for Bid Writer Role:
• Experience in a similar role
• Ideally strong Construction experience
• Ideally Main Contractor experience
Package offered for this Bid Writer role:
• £40,000-£60,000 Basic Salary is negotiable depending on experience. This is potentially negotiable
