The Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to take charge of our estimating and commercial operations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing costs, driving project profitability, and ensuring accurate financial forecasting. Your expertise in commercial strategy and industry insights will be crucial in shaping the financial success of our projects.
Key Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a surveying or estimating role within the construction industry.
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Proficient in estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Brick and Block Desirable
- Civil background considered
- Main contracting
