Job Title: Fibre Supervisor
Location: Multiple Locations - UK Wide
We are looking to speak with Fibre Supervisors to work on projects in multiple locations across the UK. There are multple roles available with Sub Contractors, Tier 1 contractors and Main Contractors/Clients.
Your role as a Fibre Supervisor you will help oversee our FTTP projects involving PIA and new build construction, including managing direct labour engineers as well as subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities for this Fibre Supervisor role:
- Overseeing sites and ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with all health and safety regulations
- Responsible for maintaining good quality of work for direct labour and sub-contractors
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders both client and customer
- Meeting deadlines and hitting KPIs in accordance with project timelines
Key Requirements for this Fibre Supervisor role:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing on Telecoms FTTP projects on PIA/Openreach networks
- Relevant certifications - SA001, SA002, S7, S8, NRSWA etc.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven strong communication and leadership skills
Package offered for this Fibre Supervisor role
- Salary £40,000 to £45,000 (depending on skills and experience)
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided
