Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join one of our Telecommunications clients. The role involves engaging with customers in various locations across Sussex, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, representing the company, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities for this Field Sales Executive role:

  • Speakig with your local community through door-to-door engagement

  • Working with your team and line manager to create effective territory plans

  • Indetifying new customers daily and indentifying potential sales opportunities

  • Delivering excellent customer experience and product knowledge at every door

  • Striving to exceed KPIs and targets to truly benefit from uncapped commissions!

  • Gather customer data and creating plans to maintain a great pipeline

  • Building relationships with peers and key stakeholders across all business units

Requirements for this Field Sales Executive role:

  • Sales experience desired but not essential - full training will be provided

  • Motivated to learn and grow within a business

  • Great communication skills

  • Someone with a strong positive attitude

  • Target-driven aswell as reward-driven mindset

£25,000 base salary - uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40,000)
£450 car allowance per month
