My client is a respected tier 1 contractor who specialise in commercial, retail and educational projects.
Due to a full order book that takes them well into 2025 and their already strong design team overseeing multiple projects, they are now looking to take on a freelance design manager to provide additional support.
The successful freelance Design Manager will be working on schemes across the country and so must be prepared to travel if necessary.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Design Manager Role
- Ideally from a main contractor background
- Construction background required
- Proven steady employment
- preferably experience in commercial and retail projects - both build and fit out
