Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and coordinate the preconstruction phase of industrial projects, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to contract handover.
-Develop and manage detailed preconstruction programs, including tendering, cost planning, and risk management.
-Collaborate closely with the design, commercial, and operations teams to provide strategic input and ensure all project requirements are met.
-Review project specifications and drawings, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
-Engage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to establish clear communication and foster strong relationships.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
-Proven experience working on Preconstruction phases of projects
-Experience working on projects within the Industrial sector
-Strong understanding of construction processes, procurement strategies, and commercial principles.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively.
-Proficiency in using relevant software for planning, estimation, and project tracking.
-**Design, Operations or any other relevant background will be considered for this role. **
