Rate: £375 per day

My client is a much respected, tier one main contractor who specialise across several sectors.
An opportunity has become available for a freelance project manager to join the team on an existing scheme near Preston.
The project is the build of a new industrial unit with separate commercial office space and my client is looking for someone to oversee the project from the enabling package through to main build and refurbishment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a thriving company.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Project Manager Role
- Lead on site reporting into a visiting senior project manager
- Responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Responsible for programme management including detailed reviews and planning.
- To chair regular client meetings & to take responsibility for the site delivery team and communication.
- To ensure that all company health & safety procedures are met at all times.
Essential Experience for this Freelance Project Manager Role
- Tier One Main Contractor Experience – Ideal
- Experience of working on projects up to the value of £10mil
- Awareness of both NEC 3 & 4
