We are looking for experienced and highly driven Project Managers to oversee and deliver large-scale projects valued between €50-70m. Multiple roles are available, with project assignments determined during onboarding.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects, adhering to company policies, procedures, and Building Regulations.
- Manage and organize all aspects of project execution to meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Facilitate and lead site meetings with subcontractors and the Design Team.
- Direct and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring efficient operations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring high-quality standards in materials and workmanship.
- Work closely with the Construction Team to provide accurate, timely information to site staff and subcontractors.
- Organize and document meetings with subcontractors, design professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, drawings, building regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Review and analyse project drawings and specifications, promptly reporting any inconsistencies to the Design Team.
- Coordinate with the Design Team to ensure all necessary information is provided on schedule.
- Prepare, monitor, and update project and subcontractor schedules as required.
- Maintain company-owned equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition.
- Possess a solid understanding of RIAI Standard Forms of Contract and the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
- Apply strong technical knowledge of construction processes and project details.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience managing projects of €30m+ with a main contractor.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage a project team successfully.
- Outstanding organizational abilities to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
