Project Manager - Infrastructure

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects. In this role, you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale infrastructure projects, including tunneling and utility systems.
- Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Represent the company to clients, regulatory agencies, and the public.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects, preferably in urban environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Primavera).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as IPMA or PMP.
- Experience with tunnel construction and special foundation engineering.
- Fluency in German.
