Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Northampton/ Milton Keynes
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 plus car allowance, pension, holiday and employee benefits

Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Manager the successful Quantity Surveyor will need to be able to manage costs on projects and work within a commercial team on projects up to a value of £100 million.

Key Requirements for the ideal Project Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying.
- Main contractor background.
- Experience managing your own project or multiple projects.
- Experience working on industrial, high rise multi-room or retail scheme projects valued above £10m
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
