Location: Bedford/Cambridge (3 days in office)
Engagement: Contract
Rate: £350-£400 per day if outside IR35

My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in highways/roads
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in the Buckinghamshire.
The successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally have experience working on a similar project
- Degree qualified.
