We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading developers Bristol-based team, managing costs for residential housing projects. You'll play a key role in controlling project costs, maximizing value, and ensuring high-quality standards. Responsibilities include subcontract management, monthly payments, cost reporting, and final account settlements.

What we're looking for:
- HNC in Surveying/Construction or equivalent
- Experience with residential housing developers
- Strong analytical, IT, and budget management skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
Desirable:
- HND/MCIOB or RICS membership
- Timber Frame construction experience
Salary is paying up to £60,000 basic, plus package
