Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: Aberdeen/hybrid
Engagement: Contract
Rate: £350 - £400 per day if outside IR35
Duration: 2+ Years
Project: Option A NEC working on an electrical upgrade of the National Grid gas compression station
My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is electrical and power networks.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in the North Aberdeen.
The successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally have experience working on a similar project
- Degree qualified.
