Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in managing project costs and delivering financial control on major construction projects across various sectors, including education, healthcare, and refurbishment. This role is perfect for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with a passion for the construction industry and a desire to progress within a supportive and growth-oriented company.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a main contracting environment
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor ready for the next step in their career
- Demonstrated ability to manage costs on projects up to £9 million in value
- Familiarity with a variety of sectors such as education, healthcare, and refurbishment
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts and best practices
