Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of project budgets, ensuring robust cost control and financial management.
- Prepare, manage, and finalise financial documentation and reports for multiple projects.
- Lead procurement processes and tendering to secure the best value and quality for the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee projects from inception to final accounts, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to the continuous growth of the team.
What We're Seeking:
- Extensive experience in the housebuilding or construction industry with a focus on cost and commercial management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
