Quantity Surveyor
Great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Telecommunications company to provide support on a Fibre-Network Expansion Project.
Your role as Quantity Surveyor will give you the opportunity to utilise and develop your skills and provide support across the business and their projects, ensuring that delivery of projects is within agreed timelines and desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Notifications and Quotations of Compensation Events, and Early Warning Notices.
- Managing Sub-Contractors.
- Guiding the operations team to adhere to contractual requirements.
- Maximise value and minimise cost.
Key requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- NEC 3 & 4 – Option A & B Experience.
- Commercial and Contractual awareness.
- MSCs / BSCs degree educated
- 2 Years in Telecoms, if not, Utilities.
- Timely notifications and quotations of CE’s
- EWN Management.
