Quantity Surveyor
This is a great Opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Telecommunications company.
The company are seeking an established Quantity Surveying specialist with Telecoms experience based in Eastbourne. Your role as Quantity Surveyor will give you the opportunity to use your skills and experience to ensure that Fibre Installation Projects across areas in the South of the UK are delivered successfully, in line with cost expectations.
Key responsibilities for this role:
- Working Alongside Contractors.
- Meet Project Deliverables on Time with Emphasis on Quality.
- Contract management through CEMAR.
- Dealing with Compensation Events/Variations from Build Partners.
- Experience Receiving Application for Payments and Issuing Payment Certificates.
- Working Closely with the Build Team to Forecast Costs & Feed Them Back Into the Business.
Requirements for this role:
- 5 Years Experience Quantity Surveying.
- Able to Work Hybrid and Travel to Sites When Needed.
- Degree in Commercial, Contract, or Project Management.
- Experience Telecoms, if not Utilities or Construction.
- Experience within Multi-Utility Environments.
- NEC 3 Contract Form Experience.
