Quantity Surveyor
This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing Telecommunications & Infrastructure consultancy based in Berkshire.
Your role as Quantity Surveyor will give you the opportunity to use your skills and experience to ensure that 5G Rollout Projects for Vodafone & EE in the South of the UK are delivered successfully, in line with cost expectations.
Key Responsibilities for This Role:
- Assisting & Mentoring Junior QS Team.
- Meet Project Deliverables on Time with Emphasis on Quality.
- Creating and Implementing Initial & Final Accounts.
- Supporting Financial & Contractual Matters Throughout Project for Successful Cashflow.
- Dealing with Compensation Events/Variations from Build Partners.
- Liaising with Local Authorities and Councils.
Key Requirements for This Role:
- Able to Work in Reading Office 2 Days a Week.
- Degree/HND Certified.
- 3 Years+ Experience Working Across Mobile Telecoms Projects.
- Experience in Building Productive Business Relationships at Stakeholder Levels.
- NEC / FIDIC Contractual Form Experience and Knowledge.
