Job Title:
Senior Quantity Surveyor
I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established Main Contractor who operate on Civils & Infrastructure projects across the UK. They're looking for a Senior QS with experience on concrete structures, to work on a permanent basis from central London.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of the rail industry.
- Experience of working with NEC/NR/JCT contracts.
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Up to £90,000 per annum DOE
- 6k car allowance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
