Job Opportunity: Abrechner for SuedOstLink Project in South Germany (Nuremberg Region)

I'm looking for an Abrechner to join my client, a well established construction company on the SuedostLink project, a major initiative that will connect Northern and Southern Germany via an HVDC underground cable connection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the correct invoicing of all construction services during project execution and completion.
- Monitor and manage documentation within your area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track and verify measurements.
- Convert measurements into billable items and independently invoice services based on project specifications.
- Coordinate inspection results with the VOB specifications and contract conditions.
- Create detailed construction site performance reports.
- Review and verify subcontractor invoices.
- Participate in invoicing discussions to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German & Good English
- Experience in construction project accounting, with a strong understanding of VOB and contract conditions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to be on-site for the duration of the project.
