A well established and respected housing developer based in Leicester have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a renowned PLC house builder known for delivering high-quality residential developments across the UK. You will play a vital role in transforming concepts into technical drawings and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

To be considered for the Architectural Technician position:
- Worked as an Architectural Technician (or equivalent) for at least 1 year and worked on house building projects
- Knowledge of building regulations preferred
- Architectural related degree or similar
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
