The Role:
- Assist in managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting.
- Support the procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Help conduct cost value reconciliations (CVR) and risk assessments.
- Ensure accurate contract administration and timely payments.
- Work closely with senior surveyors and site teams to deliver cost-effective social housing projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying (or related field).
- Some experience in construction or residential projects (placement year or entry-level role desirable).
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
