Management of civil engineering construction projects, including technical interpretation of contracts

Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines and legal regulations
Planning and coordination of all phases of the construction process, including design, execution and completion, as well as close cooperation with other departments and external partners to ensure the smooth running of construction projects
Reporting to management on project progress and compliance with budgets and schedules
Professional and personal requirements:
Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with experience in construction management/construction supervision as well as strong leadership qualities and experience in staff management
Sound knowledge of contract management, construction technology and the legal framework in civil engineering
