Bid Coordinator
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a well known Tier 1 contractor to assist the Head of Submissions and Bid Managers with the preparation and production of PQQ and Tender submissions in line with agreed deadlines.
The company is a well know Tier 1 contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices. Your role as Bid Coordinator you will joining an award winning business who will be part of the Work Winning team involved in Civil Engineering projects based in the London Region.

Key responsibilities for this Bid Coordinator role:
- Manage PQQ's in-line with the level of experience and complexity of the bid, with support where required from team members
- Ensure compliance with the work winning processes and procedures to manage submissions and bid-related information
- Support briefings and progress meetings keeping auditable records of actions agreed for each bid.
- Initiate/produce non-technical written responses for submissions including, references, case studies, CV's and project experience
- Support contributors with content development and responses by assessing whether the questions are being answered.
- Manage inputs from contributors ensuring that they are aware of deadlines and chase where necessary,
- Maintain, organise and collate documents and supporting information for each proposal ensuring the information is high quality
- Provide feedback to the Head of Submissions and Bid Managers of progress with the coordination and collation of information.
- Create the final publication and with the team, ensure the bid is delivered to the client on time
- Production of the final submission in liaison with submission team members, ensuring the bid is delivered to the client on time

- Maintain Themis (Document Management System) ensuring a complete record of the submission is maintained for future review or scrutiny.
- Support administration with document controlling duties
Experience required for this Bid Coordinator role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering would be an advantage
Package offered for this Bid Coordinator role:
- Basic Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
