Freelance Contracts Manager
Location : Midlands - there is three roles available - one in Easr, West and Central Midlands
Rate: Negotiable depending upon experience
Duration: 12-month ongoing contract OR OPEN TO PERMANENT
Ideal Experience: Groundworks within Housing
My client is looking for an experience Freelance Contracts Manager, with a strong background on groundwork projects within housing. My client is a sub-contractor with an excellent reputation within the construction industry, providing the right foundations for growth, across all sectors.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Contracts Manager Role:
- Drafting and revising contracts
- Ensuring that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers
- Developing plans to fit the schedule of works
- Identifying ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity
- Corresponding with external stakeholders to document all activities
- Compiling and delivering presentations to clients and suppliers
- Collecting and collating data for forecasting and planning purposes
Attributes:
- Proven experience and knowledge of groundworks for the national house builders and civil works- 278 works & roads and sewers.
- Good man management skills combined with a client building approach in delivering to a programme.
- Ambitious, motivated and a good team driven communicator that can help develop team members.
- Commercially aware with good planning and time management skills.
Key Experience for this Freelance Contracts Manager Role:
- 2+ years' experience, ideally with experience within a similar role
- Groundworks for the national house builders and civil works
- 278 works & roads and sewers experience
