Cost Clerk - Main Contractor

Location: Chipping Warden

As part of a supportive and experienced team, you will be involved in invoicing, payment orders, and ticket management, working closely with Quantity Surveyors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

The Role:

  • Assist with invoicing, payment orders, and ticket management for ongoing projects.
  • Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to support project cost tracking and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry for project-related costs.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with day-to-day cost control tasks and help with processing financial documents.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Excel experience for managing data and financial records.
  • Strong numerical and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a cost-related role or interest in the construction industry (desirable but not essential).
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
