As part of a supportive and experienced team, you will be involved in invoicing, payment orders, and ticket management, working closely with Quantity Surveyors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
The Role:
- Assist with invoicing, payment orders, and ticket management for ongoing projects.
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to support project cost tracking and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry for project-related costs.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist with day-to-day cost control tasks and help with processing financial documents.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Excel experience for managing data and financial records.
- Strong numerical and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in a cost-related role or interest in the construction industry (desirable but not essential).
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
