Design Manager - Construction
Location: Birmingham
Company: Main Contractor
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) plus car allowance and benefits
The Role:
An established contractor with a healthy forward order book is looking to appoint a Design Coordinator or Design Manager to work on a new project in Birmingham. This position would suit and experienced Coordinator that is looking to step up to a Design Manager and will be delivery bias and site based with some flexibility to work remotely.
Key Requirements for the Design Manager position:
- Previous experience as a Design Coordinator or Design Manager working for a main contractor.
Ability to be proactive and ability to plan, organise and manage all aspects of design.
Excellent communicator, organised and able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC).
