Job Title: Design Manager
Location: Office based in the Midlands (travel would be required for sites nationwide.)
Salary: £60,000-£70,000+ competitive benefits package
My client is a highly successful, established, award-winning, Tier 1 main contractor who have an enviable reputation in the market currently. Due to a large number of project awards, they are looking to bring in a Design Manager to work alongside the site teams on multiple projects.
The company have a solid reputation for quality and value, as well as extremely high staff retention. They work across the UK and cover both public and private sector projects including Commercial, Residential, and industrial.
Requirements:
Experience working for a main contractor.
Experience working on industrial projects desirable.
Preconstruction and delivery experience.
Would consider someone from a civil engineering background.
UK Driving Licence.
