I am currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking to appoint an additional Design Manager to their team. It's an opportunity to join one of the industry's best employers and work on a range of interesting projects. This company has been established for over 100 years and works with public and private sector clients on projects ranging from £5 million to over £100 million.
The successful Design Manager will work alongside the project team and work on projects from preconstruction stage through to delivery.
This position is a split of both office and on site work.
Job Title: Design Manager
Location: Midlands
Salary: £65,000-£70,000
Key Requirements:
- Main contractor background within the building sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Manager
-Multiroom/Commercial/Residential sector experience is desirable
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
- Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, team player.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
