Electrical Project Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a main contractor and work on substation projects in and around the London Area.

The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the Power and Energy sector. Your role as Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for looking after and managing the commissioning and resources, with a commissioning plan to be implemented.

Key responsibilities for this Electrical Project Manager role:

  • Managing Project Resources – Looking after Contract Team

  • Creating a Commissioning Plan to be implemented

  • 3 Supporting BID development – concept design drawings to be read and worked from.

Experience required for this Electrical Project Manager role:

  • 132kv substation experience

  • Electrical Background

  • HV Transmission & Distribution Background

  • Experience of having managed a team

  • Has experience in managing electrical supply chain / experience in BID development

  • Experience of creating a commissioning plan for implementation.

Package offered for this Electrical Project Manager role:

  • £600 inside IR35

  • 12-month original contract

  • Office based – 3 days a week

  • Site visits – 2 days a week
