Location: Irvine, Ayrshire / Hybrid Working:
Salary: Circa £25,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience plus package including;

Summary
A successful planning and environmental consultancy specialising in land and building projects within housing, renewables, community and recreation is looking to hire a highly collaborative and self sufficient Engineer to join their growing business in Scotland.
The role is varied with tasks ranging from topographic surveys, drone surveys and percolation tests to AutoCAD drawings, GIS mapping and supporting our Technical Consultant with applications for grid connection. There will be further opportunities to learn skills in solar design, 3D modelling and other specialist skills.
The role can be what you make it, so it is important that you are self-motivated and keen to embrace new challenges.
Seeking candidates with;
- A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering - Civil or Electrical or
- other relevant discipline.
- Ability to accurately process and present data.
- Confidence in lone-working.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills, with experience of using all MS office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and English language skills; and
- Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience of topographic surveys using a Total Station.
- Experience of preparing topographic data using N4ce.
