Extension Supervisor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Extension Supervisor to join a well-established Mobile/Fibre Network Operator, to apply quality control whilst overseeing sites and teams of contractors working on a Fibre Telecoms Project.
The company are an established Mobile/Fibre Network Operator based in the UK. Your role as Extension Supervisor will give you the opportunity to use your skills and experience to ensure that the work carried out through these projects aligns with the company standards.
Key responsibilities for this Extension Supervisor Role: Supervising, Coaching, and Mentoring teams of Engineers.
- Conducting Regular Quality Assurance Inspections of Vans and Equipment.
- Overseeing Site & Contractors.
- Carry Out Safety and Testing Checks.
- Visiting sites to carry out Audits and Quality control measures.
- Supervising Fibre Engineers/Gangs.
- Installing Fibre Cables Overground and Underground.
- Assist in Opening and Closing of Chambers.
Requirements for this Extension Supervisor Role:
- SA001, SA002, SSSTS and NWRSA Supervisor.
- Experience of supervision within Fibre.
- Civils experience desirable but not mandatory.
- Virgin Media experience desirable but not mandatory.
- Full UK driving license.
Package offered for this Extension Supervisor Role:
- £32k-£40k salary.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Bonus Schemes to be discussed.

- Starting October 1st (subject to notice periods).
