Flex Supervisor
We are interested in speaking with Flex Supervisors in the Telecoms Industry who will use their skills and experience to support with Mobile Telecommunication Projects working with Mobile Network Operators.
Key responsibilities for the Flex Supervisor role:
- Daily Health & Safety audit reports
- Day to day running of multiple gangs
- Oversee Traffic Management duties
- Responsible for all site drive activities including Underground, Overhead and Splicing activities
- Monitor compliance with Client Specifications
- Performing quality checks during work in progress aligned with Build Specifications
- Liaise with Stakeholders
- Escalate identified limitations to line manager
Requirements for this Flex Supervisor role:
- Experienced in Mobile Network Build
- Five years’ experience in Build role within Telecoms
- NRSWA Unit O1/S1
- SA001, SA002
- Experience on PIA networks
- BT Accreditations
- Experienced with Openreach network
