Location: Irvine, Ayrshire / Hybrid Working

Salary: Circa £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience plus package including;

Summary

A successful planning and environmental consultancy specialising in land and building projects within housing, renewables, community and recreation is looking to hire a Landscape Architect to join their growing team in Ayrshire.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, report-writing and graphic skills, and have a proven ability to run and contribute to medium to large-scale complex projects whilst producing high-quality results. You will be expected to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary design teams both verbally and in writing.

Seeking Candidates with;

- 2+ years professional experience.
- A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture.
- Project delivery, office and site experience.
- Experience of LVIA and the UK planning system.
- Experience of working in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good verbal presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly both in
- written and graphical form.
- Ability to write clear, concise and professional reports.
- Strong IT skills, with experience of using all MS office applications and highly
- proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and GIS.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and English language skills; and
- Full, clean driving licence.

Desirable

- Chartered Member status of the Landscape Institute (or working towards).
- Proven experience of working on projects at all development stages, the capability to
- run complex projects and delivery of high-quality results.
- Experience with renewable energy projects.
