Key Responsibilities - Lead Superintendent:
- The Lead Superintendent will oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate schedules and workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- The Lead Superintendent will manage and mentor the on-site construction team, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- The Lead Superintendent must maintain accurate records of project progress, daily reports, and any changes to project scope.
Qualifications - Lead Superintendent
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record in a superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
