Rate: £500 - £600 per day, inside IR35 - will consider outside

Project: Multi-billion-pound programme of railway improvements
My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
They specialise in rail, highways, air, marine, tunnelling, energy and water.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Managing Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in the West Yorkshire.
The successful Freelance Managing Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Managing Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Managing Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally have experience working on a similar value project
- Degree qualified.
- Background in at least one of the following rail, highways, air, marine, tunnelling, energy and water.
- Experience managing at leasr 1 Quantity Surveyor
